At CanadaTables, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted furniture. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on eligible items.

Include:
Your invoice number (proof of purchase)
A list of products you wish to return or exchange
The reason for your request
All return and exchange requests must be approved in advance and are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
New and unused condition
Original packaging included
No signs of installation, assembly, or wear
Item must be in resalable condition
Installed or used products
Custom-made or special-order items
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items
Sanitary products (e.g., sinks with integrated basins) due to hygiene and safety reasons

All eligible returns must be delivered to the following location:

Please ensure the product is properly packaged and protected during transport.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 4 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
We partner with insured and trusted logistics providers. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery and before signing.
If damage is discovered:
Note the issue on the delivery form immediately
Include a description of the problem
Take photos if possible
⚠️ Do not sign the acceptance paperwork unless you have inspected the items.
Signing without inspection transfers full responsibility to the customer and waives the right to file claims with the logistics provider.
CanadaTables is not responsible for delays or damages caused during delivery by third-party carriers.
To receive a different item quickly, we recommend:
Returning the item following our return process
Placing a new order for the desired item
Returned items must be sent back to the respective manufacturers for inspection and approval. Once approved:
A credit will be issued to your original payment method
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Unapproved or unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Please note, this process may take time depending on the manufacturer.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
Processing time: up to 6 business days from the date the return is approved.
