Return & Exchange Policy

At CanadaTables, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted furniture. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on eligible items.



How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@realwood.ca.
Include:

  • Your invoice number (proof of purchase)

  • A list of products you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for your request

All return and exchange requests must be approved in advance and are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.



Eligibility

To qualify for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Installed products

  • Custom orders

  • Final sale, clearance, or special order items

  • Sanitary products (e.g., sinks with integrated basins)

Damages & Shortages

We partner with insured and trusted logistics providers. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery and before signing.

If damage is discovered:

  • Note the issue on the delivery form immediately

  • Include a description of the problem

  • Take photos if possible

⚠️ Do not sign the acceptance paperwork unless you have inspected the items.
Signing without inspection transfers full responsibility to the customer and waives the right to file claims with the logistics provider.

CanadaTables is not responsible for delays or damages caused during delivery by third-party carriers.



Exchanges

To receive a different item quickly, we recommend:

  1. Returning the item following our return process

  2. Placing a new order for the desired item



Refunds

Returned items must be sent back to the respective manufacturers for inspection and approval. Once approved:

  • A credit will be issued to your original payment method

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Unapproved or unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Please note, this process may take time depending on the manufacturer.



Transactions

Approved refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
Processing time: up to 6 business days from the date the return is approved.
