We offer shipping through trusted carriers (e.g., Canada Post, UPS) and our own local delivery service, ensuring fast and secure transportation of your furniture.
Delivery rates via CanadaTables transport (calculated from our address):
Within 10 km — $100 CAD
Within 20 km — $150 CAD
Within 30 km — $200 CAD
Within 40 km — $250 CAD
Up to 160 km — $300 CAD
For custom deliveries beyond these ranges, please contact us for a personalized quote.
All tables listed on our website are located in Canada and typically ready for prompt shipping.

Should there be any unexpected delays or stock-related issues, we will reach out to you immediately with updated delivery information.
We provide doorstep delivery, leaving the table within 3 meters of your entrance. Our staff does not carry items inside your premises unless pre-arranged. If you require indoor delivery, please contact us in advance to check availability and additional costs.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your order status until it arrives.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and the courier’s schedule. We will always aim to give the most accurate delivery estimates.
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our delivery partner’s system.
We work with insured, reliable logistics partners to deliver every order safely. However, it is your responsibility to inspect the items upon delivery before signing any documents.
If damage is discovered:
Note it on the delivery form immediately
Include a clear description of the issue
Take photos if possible and contact us right away
Signing delivery without inspection waives your right to file claims for damages. Please note: while we assist with claim processing, CanadaTables is not liable for carrier delivery delays or damage caused during transportation.
At this time, CanadaTables ships only within Canada. We are exploring international shipping options in the future to reach more customers worldwide.
